There is presented an arrangement for subsea cooling of electric equipment. The arrangement comprises a tank. The tank is filled with a first dielectric fluid. The first dielectric fluid is pressurized to a pressure closer to ambient sea water pressure than to atmospheric pressure. The arrangement comprises a housing. The housing has a surface area and a volume. The surface area to volume ratio is greater than 0.02 1/m. The housing is provided in the tank. The housing comprises a capacitor unit and is filled with a second dielectric fluid.
