The present invention relates to a crystal structure of a ginseng major latex-like protein 151 and, more specifically, to a crystal structure of a ginseng major latex-like protein 151 functioning as an LPA binding protein, and to a crystallization method thereof. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide the crystal structure of the ginseng major latex-like protein 151 and the crystallization method thereof by demonstrating a three dimensional crystal structure of the ginseng major latex-like protein 151 (GLP) which is a structural protein composing gintonin derived from a ginseng.
