An offshore structure to extract seabed minerals is disclosed. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the offshore structure to extract seabed minerals comprises: a hull having a cargo hold; a mineral storage container loaded inside the cargo hold, and storing a nodule lifted seabed minerals therein; and a moving device moving the mineral storage container.
