摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide foam food that maintains a sparkling feeling for a long time and excels in mouth sensation and appearance and also in durability, and a method for producing the foam food. <P>SOLUTION: The foam food is obtained by providing an edible core material with a coating layer. The coating layer contains carbonate, acid and solid fat, and the solid fat content has the gradient of concentration.
