PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means enabling remarkable reduction in the risk of leakage of data to be kept secret in data communication through a network.SOLUTION: A secret data storage unit 13 stores secret data such as personal information along with a telephone number of a rightful user of the secret data. A user uses a terminal unit 11 to request a data communication unit 12 for transmission of the secret data via the Internet 30. The data communication unit 12 transmits the request to the secret data storage unit 13, and the secret data storage unit 13 transmits the secret data to a mobile communication terminal unit 15 to be identified by the telephone number, via a mobile communication network 31 in response to the request. There is no risk that the secret data is leaked to the outside because the secret data storage unit 13 is connected to the data communication unit 12 by a one-way data transmission medium 14 which physically enables only one-way data transmission from the data communication unit 12 to the secret data storage unit 13. |
