<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain fluffy finish of hair after drying while affording tension and stiffness thereto. <P>SOLUTION: This hair cosmetic includes a component (A) of tertiary amine compound, a component (B) of a higher alcohol with 12-28 carbons and one hydroxy group, a component (C) of cationized hydroxypropyl cellulose, a component (D) of an organic solvent, a component (E) of an organic acid selected from hydroxymonocarboxylic acid and dicarboxylic acid, and water, where the pH at 25°C is 2-5 when diluted with water to 20 fold by mass. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
