<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tread transfer which can allow center core misalignment between the tread transfer and a shaping former to be evaluated quickly to feed back the precision degradation in a production line in early stages and keep an increase in the device cost to a minimum and to provide a method for evaluating center core misalignment between the tread transfer and the shaping former by using the tread transfer. <P>SOLUTION: The tread transfer is used for conveying a tread ring to a tread sticking position on the outside in the radial direction of a green tire base body held by the shaping former and holding the conveyed tread ring. A first laser distance sensor 21, which is disposed on a reference plane S0 perpendicular to the shaft center 11j of a tread holding ring 11 on the X-axis passing the shaft center 11j, and a second laser distance sensor 22, which is disposed on the Y-axis perpendicular to the X-axis, are arranged on a ring-shaped movable table of the tread transfer. A distance to a supporting shaft 5 of the shaping former is measured by the first and the second laser distance sensors 21, 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
