<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evaluation or selection of a CGRP response modifier. <P>SOLUTION: The method for evaluation or selection of a CGRP response modifier includes: a step of culturing cells derived from a vascular smooth muscle to prepare redifferentiated vascular smooth muscle cells; a step of bringing the redifferentiated vascular smooth muscle cells into contact with a testing material; a step of measuring a CGRP response in the redifferentiated vascular smooth muscle cells; and a step of evaluating or selecting, based on the measured CGRP response, the testing material as a CGRP response modifier. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
