A razor having an attachment portion (9) and a shaving aid (25) is provided. The attachment portion (9) includes a blade body (14). The shaving aid (25) is provided with a deformable portion that deforms when contacted by the skin surface. When the razor is used, the shaving aid (25) itself deforms to decrease the frictional resistance between the shaving aid (25) and the skin surface. This improves the tactile sensation on the skin surface and thus the shaving sensation. |
