The present invention relates to a clothes treating apparatus, which includes: a first heat exchange part which exchanges the heat and air supplied to a duct which supplies air to a clothes receiving part; a second heat exchange part which exchanges the heat and air passing through a first heat exchange part and formed in the duct; a first conductor which is in contact with the first heat exchange part and is connected to the anode of a DC power; a second conductor which is in contact with the first heat exchange part, is separated from the first conductor, and is connected to the cathode of the DC power; a third conductor which is in contact with the second heat exchange part; a P-type semiconductor which connects the first conductor and the third conductor; and an N-type semiconductor which connects the second conductor and the third conductor.
