The present invention relates to a graft copolymer with excellent processing properties and impact resistance, a manufacturing method thereof, and a vinyl chloride resin composition including the same. The present invention is to provide a graft copolymer with improved processing properties and impact resistance, a manufacturing method thereof, and a vinyl chloride resin composition with the improved processing properties and the improved impact resistance composed by including the same.
