The present invention relates to a three-way valve equipped on an intravenous fluid circuit for supplying an intravenous fluid to a human body, and to an intravenous fluid set comprising the same, which comprises: a valve body having a first manifold and a second manifold arranged as a straight flow path, and a third manifold arranged perpendicular to the first manifold and the second manifold; and a manipulation knob equipped on the valve body for performing transfer of a flow path of each manifold by rotation manipulation, wherein each guide protrusion is prepared on the upper part and the lower part around a flow path on the rotation surface performed with rotation by being in contact with the valve body and the manipulation knob. |
