<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of cleaning and regenerating a zeolite membrane by removing impurities adhered to the surface of the zeolite membrane. <P>SOLUTION: The method is characterized by causing a solution prepared by mixing a product with water to flow as a cleaning solution on the surface of the zeolite membrane to which the product and impurities except water attach, in a zeolite membrane dehydration facility comprising separating the product from a permeated component including water as a main component in a gaseous state by the zeolite membrane provided in a membrane module (11). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
