<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a load-sharing rate of the load of a structure shared by a pile foundation and a spread foundation after construction of the structure close to a load-sharing rate assumed in design. <P>SOLUTION: When an underground skeleton 14 of a structure 10 is constructed from an upper floor to a lower floor, a period assumed in design at which the load of the structure 10 is shared by a spread foundation 150 and a pile foundation 120 is adjusted on the basis of the spring constant of the pile foundation 120, the spring constant of a ground 20, and a load imposed on the pile foundation 120. Accordingly, a load-sharing rate of the load of the structure 10 after construction shared by the pile foundation 120 and the spread foundation 150 can be approximated to a load-sharing rate assumed in design. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
