<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced resin molding reduced in the generation of wrinkles of a surface, and to provide a vehicle interior material using the same. <P>SOLUTION: This fiber-reinforced resin molding 100 is obtained by pasting fiber-reinforced resin sheets 1 and a resin foam sheet 2. In the fiber-reinforced resin molding 100, the fiber-reinforced resin sheets 1 (1a, 1b) are arranged on main faces at both sides of the resin foam sheet 2, respectively, and a layer 3 to be coated which is formed of a resin foam or a fiber aggregate is formed on the main face at a side where at least one fiber-reinforced resin sheet 1a does not contact with the resin foam sheet 2, and compression-molded into a prescribed shape.
