PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolyte which consists of a small number of ingredients and has sufficient fire resistance and ionic conductivity, and also provide a lithium ion secondary battery based on the electrolyte.SOLUTION: The invention provides: an electrolyte which contains (A) a phosphazene compound represented by the general formula (1) and (B) a boron compound, with the phosphazene compound only contained as lithium salt, where each of X is a group represented by the general formula (10A) or (10B) and the groups represented by (10A) and (10B) do not coexist; an electrolyte membrane; and a lithium ion secondary battery. |
