摘要 <p>Provided is a method for preparing L-dopa capping gold nanoparticles, which comprises the following steps: adding a gold precursor to an L-dopa aqueous solution, and stirring the same; and cooling the stirred solution at a room temperature. Therefore, the present invention: provides low cost; is environment-friendly; and can be used to prepare L-dopa capping gold nanoparticles having excellent biocompatibility without containing harmful chemical materials. The L-dopa capping gold nanoparticles can be used to perform colorimetric detection for manganese ions. In addition, the concentration of the manganese ions in the solution can be measured by the absorption rate of the L-dopa capping gold nanoparticles at 550-700 nm, with respect to manganese of which the concentration is known.</p>
