An air supply system on a vehicle (1) for inflating and deflating a tyre. The system comprises a compressor (10) connected to a drier (101) having drying material to extract water from the air and a deflation line connectable between the tyre and the dryer (101). The air dryer (101) is operable in a first mode in which air passing through the dryer (101) in a first direction is dried by the dryer (101) and a second regeneration mode in which air passes through the dryer (101) in a direction opposite to the first to remove water collected by the dryer (101), wherein the air used for the regeneration is air deflated from the tyre. |
