<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow fiber membrane having excellent yield strength even though having high porosity and being excellent in not only the removability of a protein with a low molecular weight but also modularization.SOLUTION: A hollow fiber membrane with a homogeneous structure has an inside diameter of 150-250μm, a membrane thickness of 10-20μm, a porosity of 75% or more and a yield strength of 17 g or more. The hollow fiber membrane comprising the aggregate of particles has a structure in which the particles having a mean diameter of 50 nm or more are charged in the range of 60% of the membrane thickness from an inner surface toward an outer surface and the water permeability of pure water at 37°C is 450-495 mL/m/hr/mmHg measured by manufacturing a module having a membrane area of 1.5 musing the hollow fiber membrane.</p> |
