<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer which permits a glossy area and an emboss touch area to be intermingled and image expressions to be broadened. <P>SOLUTION: The printer carries out a first action of forming a color image by discharging color ink from rows 151 to 154 of color ink nozzles and hardening the color image by irradiating a formed color image with light from a light irradiation section 160, a second action of forming a clear ink layer on a medium by moving a carriage 14 and discharging clear ink from a row 155 of clear ink nozzles after the first action, and hardening the clear ink by irradiating the then formed clear ink layer with light from the light irradiation section and adjusts the irradiation strength of the light from the light irradiation section during the execution of the second action. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
