<p>The present invention relates to a twist exercise apparatus having a ball swing structure which enables a user to perform aerobic exercise in an indoor or outdoor space. A foothold of the twist exercise apparatus is formed to have a ball swing (load swiveling rotation) exercise structure around a ball bearing of a swing structure erected on a support plate. Therefore, the twist exercise apparatus not only maximizes quantity of exercise of a user but also significantly enhances mobility for developing sense of balance. Especially, the twist exercise apparatus enables the user to perform stepping or bouncing exercise by an elastic spring structure and consequently to build a large amount of muscles of a lower body. The twist exercise apparatus is formed to promote blood circulation by acupressure protrusions formed on the foothold, to prevent generation of noise and vibration on the floor, and to protect joints of the user. The twist exercise apparatus provides effects of waist exercise and marching-in-place exercise without limitation in an indoor space such as a kitchen or a living room. The user can keeping exercising in an outdoor space such as a park as the twist exercise apparatus can be moved to the outdoor space in an easy manner. The height of the twist exercise apparatus can be adjusted in an easy manner with respect to irregular bumps on the ground as a plurality of support legs are formed on a lower side of the support plate and the height of each support leg can be adjusted in an individual moving up and down method. Therefore, the twist exercise apparatus has significantly increased convenience in use. The user can stand on the twist exercise apparatus, can hold grips, extended from a frame, and can conveniently perform exercise as the twisting exercise apparatus is formed to be able to be joined with a waist twisting exercise apparatus.</p> |
