<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that an ultrasonic wave is attenuated by fine bubbles of cleaning liquid and the ultrasonic wave does not reach the surfaces of article to be washed thereby washing power is lowered when washing the article to be washed by supplying the cleaning liquid containing the fine bubbles in a conventional ultrasonic washing device. <P>SOLUTION: The ultrasonic cleaning device has a first washing liquid supplying path for supplying first washing liquid containing the fine bubbles to one surface of the article to be washed, a second washing liquid supplying path for supplying second washing liquid not containing the fine bubbles to the other surface of the article to be washed, and an ultrasonic transducer applying the ultrasonic wave to the one surface of the article to be washed contacting the first washing liquid through the article to be washed from the other surface side of the article to be washer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
