摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adapt a connection structure of a pipe using a screw to the application of a high-pressure fluid by using a thick O-ring. <P>SOLUTION: A hollow cylindrical joint body 2 is formed with female screws 2a on inner peripheral surfaces of openings, and includes, in the depth, a smoothed inner peripheral surface 2b having an inner diameter smaller than that of the top of the female screw. An insert 3 includes: an outer peripheral surface 3b facing the inner peripheral surface 2b; right and left end faces 3c; an inner peripheral surface 3a having a diameter identical to the inner periphery of a steel pipe 1; step-like grooves 3d each recessed in the form of a concentric circle between the right and left end faces from the outer peripheral surface 3b, and including a doughnut surface 3f in the radial direction and a ring surface 3g in the center line direction; and non-penetration holes 3e at positions corresponding to holes 2c when located on the inner peripheral surface 2b. An O-ring is fitted to each step-like groove 3d of the insert 3, and abuts on an end face 1c of the steel pipe 1 in a space surrounded by the inner peripheral surface 2b of the joint body 2 and the step-like groove 3d of the insert 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p>
