<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high purity aluminum rolled material and a method of manufacturing the high purity aluminum rolled material. <P>SOLUTION: The aluminum rolled material has a surface contamination concentration of iron (a total amount of the surface contamination of iron), which measures 100 or less mass (ppmμm) over 2μm in depth from the surface in each of both surfaces, namely 4μm in total of both surfaces, the aluminum rolled material, in addition, having a degree of purity of 99.9999% or more in mass ratio, and including at least a part of the surface covered with a plurality of flakes made of aluminum. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
