<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-soluble cutting fluid capable of attaining practical corrosion resistance in a cutting object material and a machine tool, while maintaining cutting workability (mechanical workability) equal to an emulsion type cutting oil A1 (JIS K2241), in the water-soluble cutting fluid including carbon particulates. <P>SOLUTION: This water-soluble cutting fluid for machining such as cutting work, dispersively includes the carbon particulates of 0.05-10.0 wt%, and is adjusted to pH: 8.0-10.5 by adding a corrosion inhibitor (an inhibitor). Amino alcohol (here, the carbon number: 1-5) and aliphatic carboxylic acid (here, C: 4-16) are included as the corrosion inhibitor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
