摘要 <p>The present invention has a purpose to provide a real time monitoring system and monitoring method for a floor impact sound of apartment houses, wherein the level of a floor impact sound transmitted to a lower floor is monitored by measuring an impact vibration applied to apartment houses in real time. An upper floor resident and a lower floor resident can be notified of the impact sound level and the occurrence location of the floor impact sound, and thereby, the upper floor resident becomes aware of and more careful of an impact sound occurrence by recognizing the level of the floor impact sound, and the lower floor resident can be provided with quantitative data which can prove the extend of noise when the lower floor resident suffers from damage of the floor impact sound continuously. The present invention to achieve the present purpose provides a real time monitoring system for floor impact sounds in apartment houses, comprising: an impact sound/vibration detection means installed between floors of houses with more than two stories to detect the impact sound/vibration; a data processing device to receive and store data detected from the impact sound/vibration detection means, and to determine whether a detection value exceeds a reference value based on the stored data; and a means to warn a corresponding resident when the detection value exceeds the reference value based on the determined result of the data processing device.</p>
