PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syrup composition with which a coated film having sufficient adhesiveness to the surface of a base material can be obtained even if a steel is exposed to the surface of the base material, and to provide a laminate obtained by using the syrup composition.SOLUTION: The syrup composition comprises: a carboxy group-containing (meth)acrylate (a); a monomer (b) having one (meth)acryloyl group except for the carboxy group-containing (meth)acrylate (a); a monomer (c) having two or more (meth)acryloyl groups except for carboxy group-containing (meth)acrylate (a); a resin (d) having a glass transition temperature of 20 to 155°C; and a polyvalent metal soap (f). |
