PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve radio communication efficiency while suppressing the influence of radio wave interference between base station devices, even if the transmission time of a base station device is restricted.SOLUTION: A radio communication system includes: an acquisition unit for collecting, from another base station device, base station information, including a frequency used in the other base station device and transmission timing of the other base station device, for each base station device; a use frequency selection unit for selecting a frequency for use in the base station device on the basis of the base station information transmitted from the base station device; a transmission timing selection unit for selecting transmission timing different from the transmission timing of the other base station device using the selected frequency, as the transmission timing of the base station device; and a setting unit for setting a use frequency and the transmission timing of the self-device, for each base station device and on the basis of the frequency and the transmission timing selected by the transmission timing selection unit. |
