PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a watertight insulated wire made by intertwining a plurality of strands, containing a conductor coated with a benzotriazole-based antirust agent, a watertight material arranged between the plurality of strands and at the outer circumference of the conductor and containing ethylene ethyl acrylate copolymer as base resins, and an insulator coating the conductor and the watertight material, and having both adhesion and peel-off properties between the conductor and the watertight material, and corrosion resistance which the benzotriazole-based antirust agent originally has.SOLUTION: A material containing 10 to 90 pts.mass of a polyolefin compound having a melt flow rate of 5 to 50 based on a total amount of 100 pts.mass with a base resin is used as a watertight material. |
