<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize the configuration of a guidance system which is installed in a relatively narrow area such as indoors or underground and performs geographical guidance such that the system can be also installed in a temporary facility. <P>SOLUTION: A guidance system includes IC chips 1 which are installed at a plurality of points in an area A, and a portable terminal 2 that a user P carries. Each of the IC chips 1 stores positional information therein, and transmits the positional information to the portable terminal 2 in a contactless manner in response to contactless access from the portable terminal 2. The portable terminal 2 is configured to store a map of the area A therein, display the map and be operable for a user to select a destination B9 described on the map, displays the positional information transmitted from the IC chip 1 on the map as a current place and displays routing from the current place to the selected destination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
