<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide surface-treated nickel ultra-fine powder which has excellent thermal shrinkage characteristics, and in which the generation of delamination and cracks caused by the aggregation between the particles can be suppressed when being used as the material for the internal electrode of a laminated ceramic capacitor, and to provide a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: Fine particles composed of at least one selected from the group consisting of TiO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>and barium compounds are scattered on a surface of nickel ultra-fine powder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
