<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheet storage cabinet for delivering paper money stored in a storage part from a delivery part to the outside while the paper money is set in a holding state. <P>SOLUTION: A paper money storage cabinet 6 includes: a unit consisting of a flapper top plate 44a configured to move elevating and lowering with paper money M placed thereon, a holding part Q arranged at the lower position of the top plate 44a, a delivery roller 58 arranged at the upper position of the top plate 44a, first, second and third belts 28, 36 and 38 configured to introduce paper sheets M to the holding part Q and a pusher 43; and the pusher 43 configured to move elevating and lowering through the holding part Q and the top plate 44a. The top plate 44a is configured to permit the movement of the paper money M lifted up by the pusher 43 which elevates from the lower position of the holding part Q, and to receive and support the paper money M which lowers with the pusher 43 which lowers from the upper position of the top plate 44a.
