The device (10) has connector (20) to vary distance between front rail (200) and wall section (100) between retracted and extended states. An energy storage device (250) supplies power to electric motor to drive front rail lifting and lowering device (270). The wall section and front rail have electrical coil (140,240) to form inductive coupling in retracted state of wall section and front rail. The electrical coil (240) is charged by energy storage device. The electrical coils are electrically connected to resonance wiring to form resonant circuits of different resonant frequencies.
