The present invention provides an inner film attached window, and a method to manufacture the same. The present invention enables a functional layer to have a uniform physical property and easily manages a process technology; and reduces a change with time such as bleaching, discoloration, and functional degradation. The present invention comprises: a pair of glass plates facing each other, and coupled by a spacer to form a hollow portion; and an inner film attached to at least one surface of the glass plate of the hollow portion wherein the functional layer is applied to the transparent polymer film. The inner film and the glass plate form a coupling unit to enable the spacer to directly be attached to the glass plate.
