<p>A vacuum/pressurized adhesive device for affixing a film on multiple workpieces, the device decreasing the amount that the heat-softened film sags and reducing wrinkles. The device is configured from: 1) an upper frame that is attached to an upper frame-securing plate; 2) a heating lamp disposed on the upper frame; 3) an upper guide plate that is the lower end of the upper frame and has multiple window holes; 4) a lower receiving plate that has multiple window holes corresponding to said window holes, is loaded on the upper end of the lower frame of a lower chamber, and with the upper guide plate, clamps the film therebetween; 5) a tray for loading the workpieces below the lower receiving plate to correspond to the window holes; 6) a first cylinder for pressing the workpieces on the film when the film is clamped between the lower receiving plate and the upper guide plate; 7) a second cylinder for bringing the lower end of the upper frame and the upper end of the lower frame into airtight contact by moving the upper chamber or the lower chamber; 8) a vacuum means for evacuating the inside of the upper chamber and the inside of the lower chamber; and 9) a high pressure means for making the pressure high inside the upper chamber.</p> |
