<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable hollow fine particle being a microcapsule having a film comprising a biodegradable resin, and to provide a method for producing the biodegradable hollow fine particle having a hollow part, in the inside of which a water phase such as an aqueous solution can be stored. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the biodegradable hollow fine particle comprises the steps of: emulsifying an oil phase (O) including a predetermined aliphatic polyester resin (A) with the water phase (W1) to prepare a W1/O emulsion; emulsifying the W1/O emulsion with another water phase (W2) to prepare another emulsion; distilling out an organic solvent (o) included in the emulsion to precipitate the aliphatic polyester resin (A), to thereby form the biodegradable hollow fine particle which has a structure comprising an outer shell layer (II) constructed from the aliphatic polyester resin (A) and the hollow part (I) formed in the inside of the outer shell layer (II), wherein the water phase (W2) includes, as an emulsifier, a diblock copolymer (B), which comprises a block derived from a predetermined aliphatic polyester resin (B1) and a block derived from a hydrophilic polymer (B2). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
