<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel optically active fluorine-containingβ-amino acid derivatives useful as synthesis intermediates of medicines/pesticides, a method for producing the same, and a method for producing trifluoromethyl group-containingβ-amino acid derivatives using the same. <P>SOLUTION: A high-purity specific optically activeβ-amino acid derivative containing a trifluoromethyl group is easily produced in a high yield by reacting optically active trifluoromethyl tert-butyl sulfinimine with ester enolates. Subsequently, a tert-butyl sulfinyl group is detached by further treating the obtained optically activeβ-amino acid derivative with an acid by an easy operation, and the trifluoromethyl group-containingβ-amino acid derivative can be obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
