<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that can purify exhaust gas easily without using any energy such as electric power. <P>SOLUTION: An exhaust gas purifying device which purifies exhaust gas of an internal combustion engine 1 includes a fitting part 3 to an exhaust pipe 2 of the internal combustion engine 1 and a casing 5 equipped at an end part with an outlet 4 which ejects the exhaust gas from the exhaust pipe 2 into the air. A porous adsorbing member 8 that can ventilate, inside which an activated charcoal layer 7 is formed, is arranged on an exhaust gas path between the fitting part 3 and the outlet 4, and is installed on the casing 5 in a heat conductive manner.
