<p>The present invention relates to a library management method of a test facility. The library management method comprises the following steps: generating a library edit file corresponding to library information which is changed as a main terminal executes a library manager, when a change in the library information is required in accordance with a change in the product standards of a target material to be tested; transmitting the produced library edit file to one or more test facilities; allowing the test facility to store the received library edit file and update the library information based on the received library edit file; and allowing the test facility to carry out a test based on the updated library information. According to the present invention, the overall efficiency of the test process is improved as the inconvenience that an operator needs to manually control each test facility which requires a change in the library information is solved. In addition, the quality of the target material to be tested is improved by preventing the increase in a failure rate of the target material to be tested in advance due to a test parameter value of the test facilities randomly changed by the operator.</p> |
