<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminaire which serves dual functions as an emergency light and an all-night light. <P>SOLUTION: In a luminaire 100a, a first light-emitting member 180 is lighted by electric power supplied from a common use power supply 910 during ordinary use, and a second light-emitting member 190 is lighted by electric power supplied from a secondary battery when the power is down. The luminaire 100a includes a lights-out detection circuit 115 which outputs a lighting-up detection signal when a lighting-up request is received or a lights-out detection signal when a lights-out request is received. Also included is a control circuit 150c which exerts control in such a way that when the lighting-up detection signal is input, electric power is supplied to the first light-emitting member 180 to have it lighted while the electric power supplied to the second light-emitting member 190 is halted to have it turned off and have the battery charged by a charging circuit, and that when a lights-out detection signal is input, the electric power supplied to the first light-emitting member 180 is halted to have it turned off while electric power is supplied to the second light-emitting member 190 to have it lighted and have the battery charged by the charging circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
