<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately assist operator work. <P>SOLUTION: An information processing device 100 receives content of work from an operator terminal and detects a series of transactions included in the work. The information processing device 100 determines whether content of data items of the series of transactions included in the work handled by an operator overlaps or not.
