<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time from when a bank account of a user has an insufficient account balance until the deficit is eked out. <P>SOLUTION: A management server 100 includes: a deficiency information acquisition section 102 which acquires deficiency information including a user ID and a deficit when the amount of money that the user wishes to use is larger than the account balance of the bank account of the user; an aggregation section 104 which tries to acquire asset information and debt information on the user that the user ID included in the deficiency information identifies on the acquisition of the deficiency information through network; a payment reserve money arithmetic section 106 which computes payment reserve money on the basis of the asset information and debt information acquired in association with the trial; and a loan determination section 140 which determines whether to loan money to the user by comparing the payment reserve money with the deficient amount of money. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
