<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellulose acylate film which is a thin film, has high optical expression properties per unit film thickness, has a low internal haze, and has little dimensional changes in a hot and wet environment. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing the cellulose acylate film includes the steps of: forming a polymer solution containing cellulose acylate having the total substitution degree of 1.5 to 2.7, a solvent and an additive into a film shape; and stretching the film so as to have a film thickness of 20 to 65 μm. The stretching step satisfies the following conditions: (1) the quantity A of a residual solvent at the beginning of stretching is 35 to 65 mass%; and (2) the ambient temperature T of the film during stretching is Tg(°C)-70(°C) to Tg(°C)-30(°C). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
