<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a high-tensile steel plate having excellent chemical conversion properties and workability by removing silicon-containing oxides formed on the surface of the steel plate in annealing.SOLUTION: A steel plate 1 containing 0.5 mass% or more of Si is subjected to continuous annealing. The surface of the steel plate 1 after the continuous annealing is ground heavily with elastic grindstone devices 4 and 5 having an elastic grindstone of an abrasive grain number, by the JIS-R6001 Standard, of #100-#800 and a hardness, by the JIS-K6253 Standard, of 60-95. Then, the surface of the steel plate 1 is ground lightly with an abrasive grain containing brush device 6 having a brush containing an abrasive grain of an abrasive grain number, by the JIS-R6001 Standard, of #200 to #1,200. The steel plate 1 after the grinding is subjected to an acid cleaning treatment in an acid cleaning installation 7, temper-rolled by a temper rolling mill 8 and taken up with a coiler 9. Before the grinding with the elastic grindstone devices 4 and 5, if necessary, the light grinding with the brush containing an abrasive grain is carried out.</p> |
