<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die device for non-porous die cast, reducing the content of gas in a die cast product and reducing the cost of equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The die device 50 for non-porous die cast is configured to supply a molten metal 86 to a cavity 53 by extending a plunger 68 of a molten metal supply unit 54. The die device 50 also includes a reactive gas supply unit 55 and a control unit 56. The reactive gas supply unit 55 is configured to charge a high-reactivity reactive gas 85 into the cavity 53 for the molten metal 86. The control unit 56 has a function of controlling to charge the reactive gas 85 from the reactive gas supply unit 55 into the cavity 53 when retreating the plunger 68 of the molten metal supply unit 54. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
