<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method of a green compact arranged so that a green compact capable of obtaining a magnetic core with less core loss can be manufactured. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a green compact 100 which is used for a magnetic core comprises the steps of: charging a lubricant raw material powder 3 (i.e. coating soft magnetic powder with an insulative layer) into a cavity defined by a shaft-like first punch (lower punch 12) and a cylindrical die 10; and compacting the raw material powder 3 with a lower punch 12 and an upper punch 11. The lower punch 12 includes: a circulation hole 22 for circulating a lubricant for mold with solid lubricant powder dispersed in a liquid solvent; an exhaust port 23 provided at an end of the circulation hole 22; and a liquid-reservoir groove 24 for charging the lubricant through the exhaust port 23. The liquid-reservoir groove 24 is provided in a part of the lower punch 12 to cut the outer peripheral surface of the lower punch 12 in the circumferential direction thereof. The lubricant is supplied from the liquid-reservoir groove 24 to between the outer peripheral surface 12o of the lower punch 12, and the inner peripheral surface 10i of the die 10. Then, relative displacement of the lower punch 12 and the die 10 causes a part of the inner peripheral surface of the die to be coated with the lubricant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
