<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly determine the propriety of manufacturing concrete in a manufacturing process for the concrete. <P>SOLUTION: A prediction formula for predicting the temperature in the completion of manufacture of concrete is created from the relationship between the ambient temperature on the periphery of a storage portion (a receiving bin) before kneading various materials, the combination of the actual measured values of the temperature of various materials and the temperature in a kneading portion and the actual measured value of the temperature in the completion of manufacture of the concrete.
