<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy acquisition of function data corresponding to the functions of a work machine. <P>SOLUTION: The work machine comprises: data acquiring means for acquiring the function data corresponding to each of the functions via a portable terminal from a management server storing the function data for each of the functions mounted on the work machine; and control means for controlling the functions on the basis of the function data acquired by the data acquiring means. The work machine further comprises function data storage means for storing the function data acquired by the data acquiring means.
