<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner binder for electrophotography excellent in all of fixability, grindability and durability. <P>SOLUTION: A toner binder for electrophotography contains a polyester resin composition (P) comprising: a polyester resin (A) having an acid value of 2 (mgKOH/g) or less and having a carboxylic acid component (x) and a polyol component (y) as structural units, in which (x) includes 1,2,4-benzene tricarboxylic acid (x1); and a urethane (urea) modified polyester resin (B). In the toner binder, the above (A), (B) and (P) satisfy following expressions (1):ä[G'180] of (P)}/äweighted average of [G'180] of (A) and [G'180] of (B)}≥1.5, (2):ä[G'150] of (A)}≤10000, and (3):ä[G'150] of (B)}≤10000. In the above expressions, [G'180] represents a storage modulus (dyn/cm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>) at 180°C, and [G150] represents a storage modulus (dyn/cm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>) at 150°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
