摘要 The present invention relates to a nanofibrous scaffold having macropores added with bioactive glass nanoparticles (BGnp), a manufacturing method of the scaffold, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the scaffold for promoting bone regeneration or repair. When using the nanofibrous scaffold having macropores of the present invention, it is possible to induce calcification in body without including osteoblasts which induces the calcification in the bone, thereby being able to be used widely for repairing or regenerating the damaged bone.
